Automatic coreless stretch film rewinder adopts a dual-station high-efficiency linkage system, integrating coreless
winding, electrostatic adsorption, hot wire cutting, and automatic finished product ejection and conveyor belt
transfer – a fully automated process specifically designed for coreless stretch film processing. It is compatible with
general film materials such as PE stretch film.
The machine's core features a dual-station independent coreless winding system, eliminating the need for traditional
paper cores and directly achieving self-adhesive film winding.
The entire rewinding process is equipped with a high-pressure electrostatic adsorption device. A uniform electrostatic
force is generated during film winding, ensuring tight adhesion between film layers without wrinkles or displacement,
completely solving the industry problem of layering and looseness in coreless rewinding.
Once the winding reaches the preset length, a high-precision hot wire cutting device is automatically activated, replacing
traditional blade cutting. The cut is clean, without burrs, film scattering or sticking.
After cutting, the machine simultaneously activates the automatic finished product ejection device, smoothly pushing the
coreless finished roll out of the winding station. It is then precisely transferred to the receiving platform via a conveyor
system, achieving a fully automated closed-loop process of "rewinding-cutting-ejection-receiving."
The machine utilizes a PLC intelligent control system and a high-definition touch screen interface, allowing for one-touch
setting of winding length, rewinding speed, and other preset functions, making it easy for even novice operators to use.
