Single shaft aluminum foil/silicon  paper rewinder is a specialized device used to rewind wide, large-diameter 

aluminum foil/silicon paper mother roll into finished rolls of desired length. Machine is equipped with a single 

rewinding station. After completing one roll, a new paper tube is loaded and the next roll begins.

Features:

1.Machine adopts one rewinding station that rests against the surface drive roller. The motor rotates the roller, 

which uses friction to rotate the entire paper tube, achieving rewinding.

2. The mother roll unwinder is equipped with an air shaft and a magnetic powder tension control system to 

ensure smooth unwinding. 

3. Automatic meter counting: The machine automatically stops when the set meter count is reached.

4. A foot-operated mechanism controls the opening and closing of the rewinding chuck, allowing easy removal 

of the rewound roll from the reel.

5. By adjusting the pressure between the drive roller and the paper core, the tightness of the rewind can be 

controlled, resulting in a neat roll.

6. Suitable for rewinding materials: silicone paper, baking paper, parchment paper, edible wax paper, 

aluminum foil, and more.
